By creating an account and using Labnize, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By accessing and using Labnize, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Labnize for your internal laboratory management needs. You may not:

Permission is granted to temporarily use Labnize for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the software.
  • Use the service for commercial redistribution or resale.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the platform.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
As a user, you agree to:

As a user of Labnize, you are responsible for:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data you enter into the system.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use the service in a lawful and appropriate manner.
We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to Labnize. We claim no ownership over your content.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Labnize. We provide tools for data export and ensure data portability. We do not claim ownership of your laboratory data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labnize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

In no event shall Labnize or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Labnize.
